You have a proven track record in recruitment, ideally with experience in the APAC region. You thrive in dynamic environments and are skilled at developing and executing recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals. Your leadership experience includes managing teams of recruiters, guiding them to achieve hiring targets while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture. You are adept at building relationships with stakeholders across various levels of the organization, ensuring that recruitment efforts meet the needs of the business. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making in recruitment and are comfortable using metrics to assess and improve hiring processes. You are committed to diversity and inclusion in hiring practices, ensuring that all candidates are treated fairly and equitably.
What you'll do
In this role, you will report to the VP of Talent and be responsible for leading the recruitment strategy across the APAC region. You will oversee a team of technical and business recruiters, ensuring that hiring execution aligns with Harvey's global recruiting philosophy and standards. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that attract top talent. You will implement best practices in recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. You will also play a key role in employer branding initiatives, promoting Harvey as an employer of choice in the APAC market. Regularly reviewing and analyzing recruitment metrics will be essential to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process. You will be a champion for a positive candidate experience, ensuring that all candidates receive timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
