You have a strong background in backend engineering, with experience in building scalable systems that can handle complex data interactions. You understand the importance of writing clean, maintainable code and are passionate about using technology to make a positive impact on mental health care. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
You are familiar with various backend technologies and frameworks, and you have a solid understanding of API design and implementation. Your experience includes working with databases and optimizing performance to ensure that applications run smoothly and efficiently. What you'll do
As a Senior Backend Engineer at Headway, you will play a crucial role in developing the technology that powers our mental health care platform. You will design and implement backend services that support our mission of making therapy accessible to everyone.
