Who you are
You have a strong background in B2B digital marketing, particularly in managing paid search campaigns across platforms like Google, YouTube, and Bing. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand how to drive direct-response outcomes such as cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA). Your analytical skills allow you to translate growth strategies into actionable SEM execution, ensuring that every campaign is optimized for success. You are comfortable using data and testing methodologies to refine marketing efforts and achieve measurable results.
Desirable
Experience with mental health or healthcare marketing is a plus, as is familiarity with the unique challenges of acquiring providers in this sector. You are adept at using tools like Google Analytics and SEO strategies to enhance visibility and engagement. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and sales, will help you align marketing initiatives with broader business goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and scale Headway's paid search program, developing strategies that attract mental health providers to our platform. You will analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize ad spend and improve conversion rates. Collaborating closely with the Growth Marketing team, you will implement best practices in SEM and ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with Headway's mission to improve access to mental healthcare.
You will also be responsible for conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities within the mental health space, allowing you to tailor campaigns that resonate with potential providers. Your role will involve regular reporting on campaign performance, providing insights that inform future marketing strategies. You will work with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that effectively communicate Headway's value proposition.
