Headway is seeking a Senior Manager for Provider Growth Marketing to lead and scale their Owned Channels engine. You'll focus on high-intent acquisition strategies including Outbound, Referrals, and Partnerships. This role requires a strategic and data-driven mindset.

Who you are
You are a strategic leader with a strong background in growth marketing, particularly in managing and scaling acquisition channels. With at least 5 years of experience in marketing, you have a proven track record of driving growth through innovative strategies and data-driven decision-making. You possess excellent communication skills and are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Your analytical mindset allows you to interpret data effectively and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies. You are passionate about mental health and are motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare space.
Desirable
Experience in the healthcare industry or with mental health services is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms will enhance your ability to execute successful campaigns. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and scale Headway's Owned Channels engine, focusing on high-intent acquisition strategies. You will lead initiatives across various channels including Outbound, Referrals, Affiliates, and Partnerships, ensuring that each channel is optimized for maximum impact. You will collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with product offerings and user needs. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and iterating on strategies based on data insights. You will also be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with partners to enhance growth opportunities. As a leader, you will mentor and guide your team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
