Who you are
You are a motivated individual eager to join the Fleetch team as a Stagiaire Commercial(e) - Chargé de la Relation Chauffeur. You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others, ensuring that drivers are engaged and productive on the platform. You are detail-oriented, with a strong focus on following up on contracts and operations. Your ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms will help you build trust with the drivers. You are comfortable using tools like Google Sheets to track performance and manage operations effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for increasing the revenue of Fleetch CI by ensuring that drivers are productive and loyal to the platform. You will reach out to existing VTC drivers, explaining the benefits of the new 'travailler-payer' offer and encouraging them to visit the office to sign contracts. Your role will involve simplifying financial and contractual concepts to reassure drivers and motivate them to maximize their rides on the platform. You will also track your calls, appointments, and driver performance using Google Sheets, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
