You are creative and proactive, always looking for innovative ways to engage with drivers and enhance their experience. You are comfortable using various communication tools, including WhatsApp, to motivate and support your team. Your attention to detail ensures that you can effectively track and follow up with drivers to meet performance objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue by fostering strong relationships with drivers, encouraging them to complete as many rides as possible on the Fleetch platform. You will implement motivational strategies, including recording encouraging messages and organizing productivity challenges to keep drivers engaged and focused on their goals. You will also be expected to provide feedback and suggestions to improve the overall driver experience and performance.
Your role will involve regular communication with drivers to ensure they remain loyal to the Fleetch platform and do not turn to competitors. You will work closely with the performance management team to track driver activity and identify areas for improvement. Your contributions will be crucial in helping Fleetch achieve its strategic objectives and enhance its market presence in the transportation sector.
