Operations Manager • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have a strong background in operations management, ideally with experience in the transportation or logistics sector. You are very comfortable with computer tools, particularly monitoring and tracking systems, and you excel in using Excel for data analysis. You enjoy being on the ground, interacting with drivers, and have a knack for understanding their needs and challenges. You possess excellent project management skills, allowing you to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that all administrative follow-ups are handled efficiently. You have a valid driver's license and at least two years of relevant experience in a similar role. If you speak English, that will be an added advantage.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the fleet of vehicles and the VTC drivers who rent them. Your tasks will include monitoring rent collections, assisting drivers in increasing their ride counts, and deploying new vehicles into the fleet. You will ensure that drivers are present for weekly checks and work to maximize the occupancy rates of the fleet. You will also be involved in administrative follow-ups and maintaining relationships with local authorities. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and implementing new strategies to enhance operations.
