What you'll do

In this role, you will lead cross-functional analytics projects that address gaps in distribution center input metrics — your analytical methodologies will be pivotal in driving high-impact transformation initiatives. You will develop predictive models and complex data structures in Data Lakes, utilizing SQL and Python to forecast volumes and mitigate customer-reported errors before they occur.

You will identify systemic inefficiencies in our data infrastructure and design scalable solutions that replace manual reporting — your work will directly influence operational excellence across multiple locations. You will translate complex data sets into actionable business cases for senior leadership, advocating for necessary resource allocations and process changes.

As a mentor, you will set the standard for the OpEx team by establishing best practices in dashboarding and code documentation — your peer reviews will help elevate the team's overall performance. You will also play a crucial role in change management, ensuring that new processes are adopted smoothly across the organization.
