What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Performance Analyst at ClearBank, you will report to the Senior Operations Performance Manager and be responsible for delivering proactive analysis that informs both operational and strategic decisions. You will evaluate our service level agreement and service level objective performance, identifying areas where we can improve and enhance our operational efficiency. Your insights will be crucial in supporting the operations team, as you leverage your experience to provide valuable information that drives decision-making.
