You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that food safety standards are not only met but exceeded. Your leadership skills enable you to inspire and motivate teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence in food safety practices. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are adept at using analytics to inform your strategies.

What you'll do

As the Associate Director of International Supplier FSQA, you will report directly to the VP of International FSQA, Sustainability & Packaging. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Grocery & Convenience team, ensuring that food safety and quality assurance processes are integrated into every aspect of the supply chain. You will lead initiatives to enhance food safety culture across the organization, working with suppliers and internal teams to implement best practices.

You will be tasked with monitoring compliance with food safety regulations and standards, conducting audits, and providing training to ensure that all team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to uphold food safety standards. Your role will also involve collaborating with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in food safety practices, leveraging your analytical skills to identify areas for enhancement.
