What you'll do

In this role, you will report to the VP of International FSQA, Sustainability & Packaging, and be responsible for developing and executing a long-term strategy for the Grocery & Convenience team. You will lead initiatives to elevate food safety beyond mere compliance, ensuring that quality assurance processes are integrated into all aspects of operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and drive a culture of food safety throughout the organization.

You will oversee the development and implementation of food safety training programs for employees, ensuring that all team members understand their roles in maintaining high standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring compliance with food safety regulations and standards, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions as necessary. You will also analyze data related to food safety incidents and trends, using this information to inform strategic decisions and improve processes.
