What you'll do

In this role, you will report directly to the VP of International FSQA, Sustainability & Packaging, and be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for the Grocery & Convenience team. You will work closely with suppliers to ensure that food safety and quality standards are met and maintained. Your role will involve assessing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices across the organization.

You will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the food safety culture within HelloFresh, ensuring that all employees understand the importance of compliance and quality assurance. You will also be tasked with monitoring and evaluating supplier performance, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to food safety regulations and standards.
