Who you are

You have significant experience within the food industry, particularly in a Technical Function, which has equipped you with the skills necessary to manage food safety and quality assurance effectively. Your background includes working with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and conducting audits, allowing you to address non-conformances with corrective actions. You possess a moderate to advanced understanding of Microsoft packages and Google platforms, which aids in your daily responsibilities. Holding HACCP level 3 and Food Safety level 3 certifications, you are well-versed in the standards required for maintaining food safety compliance. Your strong sense of resilience and willingness to learn and progress make you an ideal candidate for this role. You are inquisitive and motivated to make a difference, finding reward in coaching and enabling others.

What you'll do

In your role as Senior FSQA Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring that all project work is completed to the highest standards. You will drive key initiatives related to BRCGS, collaborating closely with various departments to foster continual improvement of factory standards. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that audit-ready procedures are in place every day, which is crucial for maintaining compliance. You will also be tasked with meeting OKRs within key business deadlines, which will require effective time management and prioritization skills. As part of your role, you will manage Technical Coordinators, Compliance Executives, and Raw Material Technologists across both day and night shifts, providing support to Technical Assistants as needed. Your leadership will be essential in actioning and escalating food safety and quality issues, ensuring that the highest standards are upheld throughout the distribution center.
