Who you are

As the FSQA Manager - Downstream, you bring strategic leadership and hands-on expertise to embed a robust, scalable, and sustainable Quality Management System across all our Australian Distribution Centres. You have a strong background in quality assurance and compliance, with experience in managing QA operations and driving audit readiness. Your leadership style fosters a culture of quality and continuous improvement, ensuring that all processes align with both local and global quality strategies.

You are adept at managing the end-to-end process for closing out non-conformances from internal and third-party audits. You have a proven track record of developing and verifying CAPA activities across multiple locations, ensuring that all quality issues are resolved effectively. Your ability to build strong partnerships with service providers, including cleaning and pest control, is essential for maintaining high operational and ethical standards.

You understand the importance of documentation control and are committed to continuously optimizing quality procedures, SOPs, and monitoring records across all Australian operations. Your proactive approach to quality management ensures that the organization is always audit-ready and compliant with industry standards.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the implementation of a comprehensive, harmonised, and logistics-focused Quality Management System. You will oversee QA operations across all Australian Distribution Centres, ensuring that they align with HelloFresh AU and global quality strategies. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end process for closing out non-conformances from audits, developing CAPA activities, and driving a culture of continuous improvement through root cause analysis.

You will oversee all FSQA-related service providers, ensuring that they meet our high operational and ethical expectations. This includes managing relationships with cleaning, pest control, and third-party auditors. You will also be responsible for driving documentation control and optimizing quality procedures across all AU operations.

Your role will require occasional interstate travel, including fortnightly visits to our Chippendale HQ and trips to the Sydney Markets to supervise fumigation processes when required. You will report directly to the Quality Assurance Lead AU and play a crucial role in championing a culture of quality across HelloFresh and our logistics arm, BeCool AU.
