Your proficiency in using computer software and systems allows you to effectively monitor and analyze production processes. You possess excellent organizational and time management skills, enabling you to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating positively with various teams, including Operations Managers and Engineering.

Desirable

Experience with automated production systems and a background in logistics or supply chain management would be advantageous. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques will help you identify improvement areas effectively.

What you'll do

As a Flow Controller at HelloFresh, you will oversee the smooth operation of automated equipment during production. Your responsibilities will include setting up equipment and using Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and Production Control Systems (PCS) to ensure that machine statuses are active and correctly configured. You will monitor production lines, report issues, and assist in solving problems to maintain optimal production flow. Regular checks on line throughput will be part of your routine, where you will analyze choke points and take remedial action to address any issues that arise.

You will coordinate service and support functions to ensure the facility operates smoothly, providing reports and analysis on machine performance to identify areas for improvement. Your role will also involve anticipating conveyor jams and notifying engineering when necessary to ensure balanced box flow. You will collaborate closely with various teams to enhance box production efficiency by addressing bottlenecks, stock issues, and quality problems.
