What you'll do

As a Delivery Coordinator at HelloFresh, you will oversee daily delivery operations across multiple sites, ensuring that all routes are covered efficiently by Delivery Service Partners. You will monitor live delivery systems and address any operational challenges in real-time, collaborating closely with DSPs to resolve issues as they arise. Your role will involve reviewing Electronic Proof of Delivery (EPOD) images and performance data to ensure that service quality aligns with customer expectations.

You will escalate unresolved or critical issues to the appropriate DSPs or internal management, raising issue tickets to the internal logistics team when necessary. Your ability to maintain and update relevant operational data sheets will be essential in keeping all stakeholders informed. You will exemplify a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment, processing Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks as required.
