Your attention to detail ensures that you can effectively conduct risk assessments and promote a sustainable safety culture at HelloFresh's production site.
You have a strong understanding of safety standards and legal requirements, and you are committed to ensuring compliance in all safety-related matters. As a member of the safety committee, you are ready to take on the role of a safety officer and actively participate in safety inspections and audits. Your ability to investigate workplace incidents and near-misses will help foster a safer working environment for all employees.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support your team in implementing health and safety programs and conducting regular risk assessments. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant safety standards and legal requirements. You will participate in safety inspections and audits, identifying potential hazards and recommending improvements.
You will also assist in the development, implementation, and review of emergency and evacuation plans, participating in emergency drills to ensure preparedness. Coordinating first aid responders during shifts and ensuring proper execution of first aid measures will be part of your responsibilities. You will help plan, conduct, and follow up on safety training sessions for employees, ensuring that everyone is well-informed about safety protocols.
Your role will involve conducting safety checks on equipment and tools, ensuring that first aid and emergency equipment is ready for use. You will actively engage in regular risk assessments, identifying potential hazards and working towards mitigating them effectively. This position is a 24-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance and organizational needs.
