What you'll do

In this role, you will support your team in implementing health and safety programs at HelloFresh's production site in Barleben. You will conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and legal requirements. You will also assist in investigating workplace accidents and near-misses, contributing to the development and implementation of emergency and evacuation plans. Your responsibilities will include coordinating first aid responders during shifts and ensuring the proper execution of first aid measures. Additionally, you will help plan and conduct safety training sessions for employees, ensuring they are well-informed about safety protocols and procedures.
