What you'll do

As an HR Systems Specialist at HelloFresh, you will be responsible for the administration and lifecycle management of user accounts across the Sprout platforms. You will execute system updates for employee movements, promotions, and offboarding, ensuring that access is managed accurately and efficiently.

You will maintain and analyze HR databases, conducting regular inquiries and audits of HR documents to ensure data integrity. Your role will also involve ensuring quality and timely implementation of system features through accurate configuration tracking.

In addition, you will develop reporting and analytics to support HR initiatives and decision-making processes. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the HR systems reflect the 'source of truth' and meet the needs of the organization.
