What you'll do

In this role, you will provide generalist support to the facility in all areas of Human Resources, ensuring that all HR processes run smoothly. You will be responsible for payroll support and data entry, focusing on timekeeping accuracy and reporting. Your attention to detail will be essential as you utilize local HR tools to perform roster audits and maintain employee records.

You will update and audit shift codes and schedules in ADP, ensuring roster accuracy and compliance with company policies. Additionally, you will manage and audit employee profiles in Workday, verifying that they accurately reflect shifts, managers, and employment status. Your role will also involve managing the associate callout system, verifying time-off hours, and using data exports to support operations shift planning.
