Who you are

You have at least 2 years of experience in maintaining automated conveyor systems, preferably in the food, beverage, e-commerce, or manufacturing sectors. You possess a completed vocational training in mechanics, electrical engineering, or automation technology, along with several years of professional experience. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively lead and motivate your team, creating a positive team dynamic that encourages feedback and internal change. You work independently, structured, and diligently, thriving in a startup environment.

What you'll do

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance processes, including the upkeep of automation and manufacturing equipment. You will engage your team members effectively, motivating and coaching them to achieve operational excellence. Collaborating with the maintenance leadership team, you will contribute to the development of the maintenance roadmap and set standards for operational efficiency at the Barleben site near Magdeburg. You will manage service providers and facilitate both planned and unplanned repairs, ensuring compliance with maintenance regulations. Identifying issues and proposing improvement ideas will be key aspects of your role.
