What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end weekly cost reporting process, continuously evolving reporting models to meet the needs of the business. You will serve as a subject matter expert on financial and operational cost data, clearly communicating insights to support business decisions. Your responsibilities will include defining reporting methodologies and building automated financial models that enhance the accuracy and efficiency of reporting.

You will champion automation and technology adoption, leading the implementation of new tools and dashboards that improve reporting frameworks. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify and lead process improvement initiatives that drive transformation within the finance organization. Your ability to navigate complex and ambiguous problems will be crucial as you work to support the scalability of HelloFresh’s U.S. distribution network.

HelloFresh offers a competitive salary range of $111,000—$124,850 in New York and $103,700—$116,650 in Colorado, reflecting the value we place on your expertise and contributions.
