Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in compensation management, ideally in a global context, and a proven track record of leading compensation programs that attract and retain talent. Your expertise in job architecture management and job evaluation methodologies allows you to govern and execute global job leveling and titling nomenclature effectively. You understand the importance of data insights in driving compensation strategies and are skilled in process automation to enhance efficiency.
You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at benchmarking and market pricing to ensure compensation programs remain competitive and aligned with market standards. Your ability to communicate complex compensation structures clearly to stakeholders at all levels is a key strength. You are committed to transparency and defensibility in compensation practices, ensuring they align with the strategic goals of the organization.
What you'll do
As the Director of Global Compensation, you will be responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency of key global compensation programs across 19 countries. You will lead the development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of executive, salaried, and hourly compensation programs. Your role will involve overseeing the global job architecture management and ensuring the flawless delivery of all annual pay cycles and compliance initiatives.
You will direct the enterprise benchmarking and market pricing process, ensuring that compensation programs remain market relevant. Additionally, you will design, model, and maintain global pay structures and salary bands, ensuring alignment with strategic market positioning. Your leadership will drive process automation and enhance the overall effectiveness of compensation operations.
