Job Description
Who you are
You are a highly organized individual with a knack for managing logistics and operations. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable using various digital tools to facilitate training processes. Your confidence in numeracy and analytical environments allows you to effectively monitor class feedback and share insights with the team.
You have experience in customer-facing roles and understand the importance of maintaining strong communication with both trainers and customers. You are proactive in following up with customers post-training to ensure they found the sessions valuable and are ready to address any issues or concerns that may arise.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the Training Operations Manager and Customer Training Lead in running the day-to-day operations of the Academy across AMER and EMEA regions. You will manage training logistics, including sending calendar invitations, setting up virtual classrooms, and updating trainer schedules. Your role will involve regular communication with in-house trainers and training partners to ensure they are well-prepared for upcoming deliveries.
You will also organize and facilitate training scoping calls with customers primarily in AMER, and occasionally in EMEA. Running customer kickoff calls in partnership with consultants and training partners will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will compile necessary data for the Finance team's month-end billing process and identify process inefficiencies to suggest improvements.
What we offer
