Your experience in the cybersecurity field, particularly in Managed Detection and Response (MDR), equips you with the knowledge necessary to create relevant and engaging training content. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to improve training materials and methodologies to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for the Sophos MDR team. You will work closely with subject matter experts to create comprehensive training materials that cover various aspects of cybersecurity and threat detection. Your role will involve conducting training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure that team members are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.

You will also gather feedback from participants to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to enhance learning outcomes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify training needs and develop tailored solutions that address specific skill gaps. Your ability to manage projects effectively will be crucial as you coordinate training schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.
