You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation through new product development. Desirable

Experience in the grocery or food industry is a plus, as is familiarity with SKU ideation and onboarding processes. You are comfortable working with budgetary planning and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to performance management and cost savings initiatives.

What you'll do

As a Strategy Manager in the Grocery team at HelloFresh, you will take full ownership of assigned categories to develop and optimize our supply network. You will refine and implement sourcing and supply chain strategies that optimize processes, reduce risks, and improve our cost structure. Your role will involve building and maintaining a strong supplier base, owning relationships with strategic suppliers, and managing performance and innovation activities.

You will lead cost savings initiatives through our strategic sourcing process, ensuring that we meet our targeted budget. By leveraging large internal datasets and conducting market, supplier, and SKU analysis, you will drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with various teams to support innovation in product development, ensuring that our sourcing strategies align with the overall business objectives. You will play a key role in shaping how the business interacts with its supplier base, directly impacting bottom-line profitability.
