What you'll do

As the Area Manager I at HelloFresh, you will oversee the strategic operations within the warehouse, focusing on receiving, shipping, storage, and distribution of goods. You will direct activities and provide coaching to associates, leads, and supervisors, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the company's objectives. You will work closely with senior management to implement directives and ensure compliance with all safety, GMP, and SQF policies. Your role will involve investigating customer issues and complaints, managing essential warehouse functions, and performing internal audits to maintain high standards of productivity and technical integrity. You will also coordinate with other plant managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs, while creating and implementing effective processes and procedures.
