What you'll do

As a Supervisor at HelloFresh, you will act as the operational link between associates and the Area Manager, supporting the daily logistics and production plans. You will ensure a smooth flow of information between team members and management, verifying adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols. Your role will involve monitoring work progress and communicating any deviations or issues to the Area Manager promptly. You will also assist in training new associates, guiding them through processes and performance requirements to ensure they are well-prepared for their roles.

You will utilize systems and tools such as Grafana, Tableau, and Excel to oversee process flows and productivity metrics, helping to drive continuous improvement in operations. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment, where quality and productivity standards are consistently met. You will collaborate closely with the Area Manager to implement operational strategies that enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
