Who you are

You are an entry-level professional eager to contribute to the efficient operations of HelloFresh. You understand the importance of health and safety standards and are committed to maintaining them in your work environment. You are proactive in reporting incidents and raising health and safety concerns to your Line Manager. You are detail-oriented and capable of undertaking basic problem-solving activities, escalating issues to the shift team when necessary.

You have a strong sense of responsibility for your own health, safety, and welfare, as well as for others who may be affected by your work activities. You are willing to cooperate with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Instructions. You are also adaptable and ready to assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation of meal kits for customers, which is pivotal to the success of HelloFresh's operations. You will operate material handling equipment (MHE) to facilitate stock transfers and support inventory management. Your role will involve ensuring that food safety and health and safety standards are met and sustainably maintained.

You will be tasked with clearing jams and blockages on automated machinery, maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, including workstations, storage areas, and equipment. You will conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or issues to the Warehouse Team Leader. Additionally, you will be involved in ad hoc projects as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the operations team.
