Overview

HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Brand Partnerships Manager to lead the development of a world-class brand partnership function. You'll focus on creating impactful collaborations that resonate with UK food culture. This role requires strong negotiation and strategic skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in brand partnerships or marketing, with a proven track record of building successful collaborations that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify and vet partnerships that align with cultural trends and resonate with target audiences. You excel in negotiation, ensuring that partnerships are mutually beneficial and creatively executed. Your leadership skills enable you to work cross-functionally, collaborating with various teams to integrate partnerships into broader marketing campaigns seamlessly. You are metrics-driven, capable of defining success standards that go beyond traditional advertising metrics, focusing instead on earned media and social conversation.

Desirable

Experience in the food or consumer goods industry is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media trends. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration. A passion for food culture and an understanding of the UK market will set you apart in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the strategy for brand partnerships at HelloFresh, focusing on collaborations that create cultural relevance and drive brand equity. You will proactively identify potential partners, including brands, creators, and platforms, that align with HelloFresh's mission to become a staple in UK food culture. Your responsibilities will include negotiating partnership terms, overseeing the execution of campaigns, and ensuring that all collaborations are integrated into the overall marketing strategy. You will also be responsible for measuring the success of these partnerships, using innovative metrics that demonstrate their impact on brand perception and consumer engagement.

You will work closely with internal teams, serving as the primary point of contact for external partners, ensuring that all parties are aligned and that campaigns are executed flawlessly. Your role will require you to stay ahead of industry trends, continuously seeking out new opportunities for partnerships that can elevate the HelloFresh brand. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the marketing team, encouraging innovative thinking and bold ideas.
