What you'll do
As a People Shared Services Enablement Analyst at HelloFresh, you will automate performance reporting by creating dashboards that track KPIs, SLAs, and team productivity using Google AppScript. You will model FTE requirements by analyzing planned sizing against actual volume trends, ensuring that the team is adequately resourced to meet business demands.
You will lead the reporting workstream for new projects, ensuring that all tracking is ready for a successful 'Go-Live' in Manila and Poland. Your role will involve strategic optimization, where you will investigate data anomalies via JIRA and recommend process changes to enhance data integrity. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the reporting processes align with business objectives and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
