What you'll do

As a People Shared Services Associate, you will facilitate the employment life cycle data management, including onboarding, contract processing, and job detail changes. You will manage employee data in Workday, ensuring high-quality HR master and movement data. Your responsibilities will also include time registration, travel and expense administration, and leave management. You will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the employee experience and support operational efficiency through ad-hoc administrative processes. Your role is crucial in maintaining data accuracy and reporting issues to the team, contributing to the overall success of the People Operations function.
