Overview

Who you are

You have a strong background in programmatic marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in driving consumer activations and implementing creative strategies. Your strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills enable you to scale acquisition and conversion metrics effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with market stakeholders to leverage local insights in your marketing campaigns. You are data-driven and possess a performance marketing mindset, always looking for ways to optimize and improve results.

You are comfortable leading creative initiatives and have experience in developing frameworks for creative experimentation and performance analysis. Your ability to conduct regular audits on creative strategies across various markets showcases your attention to detail and commitment to excellence. You are passionate about storytelling and enjoy testing new content formats and approaches to engage consumers effectively.

Desirable

Experience with various digital marketing platforms and tools is a plus, as is familiarity with creative testing methodologies. You are adaptable and open to learning, understanding that diverse experiences contribute to personal and professional growth. What you'll do

In your role as Senior Programmatic Marketing Manager, you will act as the creative lead for Display & Video campaigns, ensuring that strategies are tailored and aligned with overall marketing objectives. You will develop and implement creative testing and performance analysis frameworks, driving new initiatives that enhance consumer engagement. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Display & Video Campaign Operations team to optimize creative strategies and ensure they resonate with target audiences.

You will own the full creative testing strategy, from hypothesis creation to reporting and iterative optimization. This involves analyzing performance data to inform future creative decisions and continuously improving the effectiveness of campaigns. You will also be responsible for conducting regular audits on creative strategies across different markets, ensuring that HelloFresh maintains a competitive edge in the programmatic marketing landscape.

Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, allowing you to bring innovative ideas to the table. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to ensure that all creative initiatives align with the company's goals and objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse teams will be crucial to your success in this position.
