Experience in recruitment activities and a background in operational planning would be advantageous. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and award standards is also a plus, as it will enhance your ability to manage workforce scheduling effectively.

What you'll do

As the Workforce Planner at HelloFresh, you will develop and publish clear, compliant rosters that align with operational requirements. You will be the go-to expert for our workforce management system, providing hands-on training and support to team leaders and employees. Your role will involve managing changes to work schedules and employee leave requests in close collaboration with department leaders. You will prepare detailed workforce reports to help departments make data-driven decisions and partner with leaders to quickly identify and fill any labor or skill gaps within teams. Maintaining a proactive presence on the floor will allow you to understand day-to-day workflow realities and staffing challenges, ensuring that you can respond to emerging needs effectively.
