Hermeus is seeking an HR Generalist to provide on-site People Operations support in Los Angeles. You'll be responsible for executing core HR programs focused on employee relations, onboarding, and terminations.

You have a solid background in human resources, ideally with experience in employee relations and onboarding processes. You understand the importance of maintaining a compliant and positive employee experience, and you possess strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive situations. What you'll do
As an HR Generalist at Hermeus, you will be responsible for providing on-site People Operations support for the Los Angeles office. You will execute core HR programs, focusing on employee relations, investigations, onboarding, and terminations. You will partner closely with People Ops leadership and site leaders to ensure that all HR practices are compliant and of high quality.
