What you'll do

As the Operations Supervisor for Inventory & Logistics at Hermeus, you will be accountable for overseeing safety, quality, and throughput across the Atlanta team. You will ensure compliance with both internal and regulatory standards while building the necessary capabilities to meet production schedules. Your role will involve close collaboration with engineering, quality, and facilities teams to proactively resolve any constraints that may arise in parts and processes.

You will set clear performance expectations for your team and drive their development through structured training programs. By establishing measurable standards, you will help your team understand their goals and how to achieve them effectively. You will foster a culture of accountability, where team members feel empowered to take ownership of their responsibilities and contribute to the overall success of the operations.

In this role, you will also be responsible for creating an environment that encourages early issue identification and resolution.
