You have practical experience in managing last-mile logistics for overseas warehouses, coordinating with carriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Your fluency in both English and Mandarin allows you to navigate international logistics workflows effectively. You possess in-depth knowledge of international customs clearance procedures and reverse logistics workflows for product returns, ensuring smooth operations across various markets.

What you'll do

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will oversee daily last-mile delivery operations from designated overseas warehouses, including order processing, transportation arrangements, routing, status tracking, and exception handling. You will monitor on-time delivery (OTD), analyze causes of delays, and drive improvement actions to enhance efficiency. Additionally, you will manage reverse logistics processes for returned shipments, ensuring that all aspects of the logistics chain are optimized for cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for understanding local last-mile logistics providers, building strong partnerships, and conducting carrier selection, negotiation, and contract management. Your role will involve evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery time, success rate, damage rate, cost, and service level, while handling billing, claims, disputes, and issues related to carriers in a timely manner.
