What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote and sell digital marketing solutions. Your role will involve both in-field work and home office tasks, allowing you to manage your time effectively while maximizing sales opportunities. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to meet client needs.
You will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions and bonuses based on your sales performance, with first-year earnings projected around $90,000 and potential for even higher earnings in subsequent years. You will work closely with a team that values collaboration and support, contributing to a culture that has earned Hibu recognition as one of Selling Power's Best Companies to Sell for eight consecutive years.
