What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will leverage your training to effectively communicate the benefits of Hibu's digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Amazon. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.
You will participate in three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to excel in your role. You will have the opportunity to earn a competitive base salary, with total on-target earnings around $90,000 in your first year, and the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and bonuses. In your second year, your total on-target earnings could range from $104,000 to $122,000, reflecting your success and contributions.
