What you'll do

In the Outside Sales Representative role at Hibu, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed through targeted cold calling. You will develop a consultative sales approach that fosters long-term client relationships, ensuring that you understand their needs and can provide tailored solutions. You will receive best-in-class training to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in digital marketing and sales.

Your day-to-day activities will involve reaching out to potential clients, understanding their business challenges, and presenting Hibu's digital marketing solutions. You will work closely with your local team, celebrating wins and collaborating to achieve your sales targets. The role offers a base salary along with uncapped earnings through commissions and bonuses, providing you with the opportunity to significantly increase your income based on your performance.

What we offer

You will have the chance to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings projected to be around $90,000 in your first year. As you grow in your role, your earnings potential increases, with Year 2 total on-target earnings ranging from $104,000 to $122,000.
