What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will develop a consultative sales approach that fosters long-term client relationships. Your day-to-day activities will involve engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive their success. You will also participate in comprehensive training programs to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
You will work closely with your local team, celebrating wins and collaborating to achieve sales targets. Your responsibilities will include prospecting new clients, conducting sales presentations, and following up on leads to convert them into loyal customers. You will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions based on your performance, with on-target earnings projected to increase in your second year.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the chance to earn uncapped commissions through sales and bonuses, with year one on-target earnings between $90,000-$100,000 and year two earnings between $100,000-$120,000.
