What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google, Amazon, and Meta. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that help them succeed in their marketing efforts.
You will participate in comprehensive training programs, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to excel in your role. You will have the opportunity to earn between $90,000 and $110,000 in your first year, with the potential for growth in income through residual commissions year over year. Your success will be supported by ongoing company-wide resources and a clear career path for advancement in both leadership and sales.
