What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and sales growth. You will leverage your training to understand the best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Amazon. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that meet their marketing goals. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to excel in your role. You will also have the opportunity to earn recognition through performance-based incentives, including an annual Presidentβs Club Trip for top performers.
What we offer
Hibu provides a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement, ensuring you are supported in your role. You will have the potential to earn between $90,000 and $100,000 in your first year through a combination of base salary and uncapped commissions. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, promoting your well-being.
