What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will develop a consultative sales approach that focuses on building long-term client relationships. Your day-to-day will involve working within a wide variety of industries, ensuring that no two days are the same. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive their success.
You will participate in comprehensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, to equip you with the skills necessary to excel in your role. You will also have the opportunity to earn recognition and incentives, including an annual Presidentβs Club Trip, as you achieve your sales goals. Hibu offers a clear career path in both leadership and sales, with high potential for promotions as you demonstrate your capabilities.
