What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling business owners and prospecting within your designated territory to set appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments.

You will perform both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing how Hibu's solutions can help their businesses thrive. Building strong client relationships across various industries will be key to your success, and you will earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through effective account management.

What we offer

Hibu provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, along with a base salary, expense allowance, and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with on-target earnings projected to be between $85,000-$95,000 in your first year and $100,000-$115,000 in your second year.
