What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling business owners and setting appointments to conduct thorough needs assessments. Your role will involve growing your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and retaining clients through effective account management.
You will perform both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's offerings. Building strong client relationships across various industries will be key to your success, making each day different and rewarding. You will also benefit from a hybrid sales environment, allowing you to work from home while also engaging in fieldwork.
What we offer
Hibu provides a base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement, ensuring you are supported in your role. The potential for uncapped earnings through commissions and bonuses is a significant draw, with year one on-target earnings between $90,000-$100,000 and year two earnings between $100,000-$120,000. You will be recognized and rewarded for your achievements, contributing to a positive and motivating work culture.
