What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments to understand your clients' requirements. Your role will involve performing both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing how Hibu's solutions can help their businesses thrive.
You will build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries, ensuring that you understand their unique needs and can provide tailored solutions. Your success will be measured by your ability to grow your book of business and retain clients through effective account management. You will also have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses based on your performance, making this a rewarding position for those who excel in sales.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and bonuses, with on-target earnings in your first year between $85,000 and $95,000, and between $100,000 and $115,000 in your second year. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental coverage, ensuring that you are well taken care of as you focus on your sales career.
