What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and sales growth. You will leverage best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook to provide tailored solutions for your clients. Your role will involve conducting sales presentations, building relationships, and following up with leads to close sales effectively.
You will participate in a comprehensive training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training. Throughout your journey, you will receive ongoing support from the company to ensure you have the tools and resources needed to succeed. Your performance will be rewarded with a competitive base salary and the potential for significant commissions and bonuses based on your sales achievements.
What we offer
Hibu provides a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary of $43,000 with on-target earnings between $90,000 and $100,000 in your first year, and the potential to earn even more in subsequent years. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental coverage.
