What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will leverage your training and ongoing support to effectively communicate the value of Hibu's digital marketing solutions. Your role will involve both home office work and in-field activities, allowing you to connect with clients in various settings. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and maximizing your earnings through uncapped commissions and bonuses.

You will participate in a structured training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training. This comprehensive approach will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in your sales role. You will also have the opportunity to participate in recognition and incentive programs, including an annual President’s Club Trip, which celebrates top performers.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the potential to earn significant commissions and bonuses, with first-year earnings projected around $90,000 and second-year earnings ranging from $104,000 to $122,000. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, ensuring that you are well taken care of.
