What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve building relationships and understanding client needs to tailor solutions that meet their marketing goals.
You will participate in extensive training programs, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. You will also have opportunities for career advancement, with clear paths in both leadership and sales.
What we offer
Hibu provides a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the chance to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings projected to be around $90,000 in your first year and between $104,000 and $122,000 in your second year. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, ensuring you have the support you need.
